What does a Sales Representative do?

We are looking for a Sales Representative, with a previous proven record of success in sales. To be successful in the role, we expect that you've got a natural knack for selling, with excellent listening and customer relationship skills. Here are the specifics:

  • Outreach, predominantly by phone, with some email follow-up, to specifically targeted clients
  • Going after potential clients and pitching our services
  • Leveraging different sales tools to network with potential clients
  • Achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, new contacts, etc.)
  • Negotiating and creating contracts, sales proposals, and other relevant administrative duties
    Requirements:

    • Must be fluent in conversational English
    • Previous experience in sales is a must
    • Strong ability to think on your feet and answer unexpected questions with ease
    • Resilient in the face of objections and rejection - knockbacks push you to try even harder
    • Superb interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport
    • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
